Roleplai Cafe is dedicated to helping Chat sites of all game systems advertise their website to gain continuous trafficking of players.
If you are an Admin on a new or existing role play game site, you are welcome to list and advertise your chat site on the forum page.
You Must provide a setting write up in a creative style for the players to review to help them develop an idea as to what your game may be about and the direction its going or originating from. Roleplai Cafe creator suggests that the Admin listing the setting information attempt to post it in a story style. You are welcome to continue your thread as the setting progresses with the players in a four month quarterly form.
If you choose to list your site and advertise here, you accept that your site will be visited by a Roleplai' Cafe clerk who will critique the site objectively giving three characters of opinion. Those characters will be
a) Positive feedback- what they liked about the site.
b) Negative feedback- what the clerk did not like about the site if anything.
c) What the clerk believes will be a progression or regression of the sites activity.
All three character opinions may be listed over time. However the Positive and Negative feedback will be listed on the same day in the cafe'. The later character opinion may be listed at any time.
If you choose to list and advertise your site here, you accept that the role play community is welcome to pose their opinion about the site and how it is fairing. However, the site Administrator and staff will be locking out any posts from the community that slanders a specific person or persons. They must be general about their opinion enough that it does not become an out right bashing of an individual.
If you choose to list and advertise your site here, you are also accepting that the role play community may post suggestions on the forums as well as concepts and ideas that they hope your site will consider. This does not hold any site to making any changes in light of those suggestions. However, we do ask that if you have the time, create a rapport with your community and acknowledge their input with a thank you or questions, explanation if necessary and etc...
